Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team at Bell Mirror and Glass, Inc. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Utilize schematics to understand equipment layouts and systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Leadership qualities to guide junior staff during maintenance tasks are beneficial.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Estimator, with contracts ranging from $1K to $250K. The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for performing construction estimating, communicating with clients and suppliers, budgeting for projects, and managing projects from start to finish. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Construction Estimating and Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in budgeting for construction projects
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the glass and mirror industry is a plus
- Familiar with Procore software
- Proficient in GDS Estimating software

As a Commercial Glazier, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass in various commercial settings. This includes measuring, cutting, and installing glass panels for windows, doors, storefronts, and other structures. You will also be responsible for ensuring the proper fit and seal of the glass, as well as coordinating with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a glazier or in the glass industry
- Knowledge of different types of glass, tools, and installation techniques
- Ability to accurately measure and cut glass to fit specific dimensions
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Physical strength and stamina to lift and maneuver heavy glass panels
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
